I joined Gary Vaynerchuk's sports agency in the spring of 2018. I credit being exposed to high level marketing agency workflows so early in my career as a key catalyst for my improvement as a designer over the course of the following years. Working with Gary's team, after following his journey as an entrepreneur for many years prior to joining the agency, was nothing short of incredible.
I led design process and direction of all agency creative, as well as develop social media packages and comprehensive presentations made to players/team executives in the NCAA and NFL. I also organized creative timelines and design needs for large agency events and assisted with management of freelance design team.
